Barbara works with people, teams and organisations who are facing change either willingly or unwillingly. She is passionate about engaging people to work with their strengths and uses creative tools to facilitate the process of coaching. She has over 20 years working as a teacher, trainer, facilitator and coach in addition to her previous experience in management roles in a variety of industry. She has an MBA, is a Member of British Psychological Society and a Chartered Fellow of CIPD in addition to her coaching qualification.
