I come from a professional sports background where striving for personal excellence and setting high standards and goals for myself was something I worked on daily.

One of my main areas of expertise is working with professional athletes who are transitioning into post career life. I have helped many professional athletes transition into their careers after their professional career has finished. Having gone through this myself after playing over 20 seasons as a professional hockey player, I can relate to fellow athletes and work with them in a way that is comfortable and relatable.
