Nadjeschda Taranczewski works as an executive and team coach in the areas of leadership & team-development, as a facilitator of culture transformations in organisations, as well as a speaker and author.
Her company Conscious U* offers blended learning coaching programmes to clients worldwide who want to create a mindset shift throughout the organisation. Nadjeschda also mentors a small group of coaches to create the practice of their dreams.
