Dr. Sandra Tibbs is an accomplished leader, corporate trainer, speaker and executive coach who has worked with leaders in Fortune 500 companies. Combining her extensive experience in military intelligence training with an understanding of neuroleadership and organizational leadership, Sandra makes every speaking event, and training session interactive and shares unique and relevant stories with her audience. Audiences and coaching clients leave her sessions motivated and with actionable tools that they can use right away. Born in Peru, Sandra immigrated to the United States when she was 17 years old. Fluent in Spanish and English, she can deliver training programs in either language. Sandra has over 14 years of leadership experience, to include leading at different levels of an organization. Her experiences include leading more than 800 military and civilian employees, holding two leadership positions simultaneously and being part of the the executive team, while serving as an intelligence officer in the United States Air Force (USAF) supporting National Agencies. As an executive coach, Sandra brings those skills to every training session and speaking event, helping leaders move past any blockages they might be currently facing. Her impassioned approach to helping organizations and individuals succeed is unparalleled. Audiences and clients describe her as emotionally intelligent and deeply impactful. As a result she was named one of 101 Top Leadership Speakers by NY Times bestseller and Forbes columnist Kevin Kruse. Sandra is the former group leader for the Neuroleadership Institute Special Interest Group in San Antonio, Texas, where leaders discussed research in the neuroscience field that applies to effective leadership. She is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPECP) and is a member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF), holding the credentials of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
