Biography
As an experienced executive coach, one of my proudest achievements was leaving a 20-year corporate career to launch a leadership development practice. After 20 years working in corporate learning and leadership development functions inside Fortune 500 companies, I now work with educators, entrepreneurs, executives, catalysts, change agents and conservationists to unlock extraordinary career transitions, personal effectiveness, team performance and organizational capability. My programs equip leaders and teams to learn, lead with dignity and grace, and leave a legacy with meaning and purpose to make a positive impact through sustainable practices.
My practice is built on an evidence-based, inquiry approach to coaching and organizational development. I leverage a number of world-class leadership and team assessments, as well as stakeholder feedback instruments to provide multiple perspectives for my clients, which are listed below.
Researching at the intersection of leadership development, transformative learning, and sustainability, I am pursuing a PhD in Organization Development and Change with Fielding Graduate University. My intention is to raise awareness, create dialogue, inspire behavior change, and foster social and ecological responsibility.
