Actuary, Author, Keynote Speaker and Leadership Coach – Daphna holds qualifications in business, leadership and coaching with an FIA, MCC (ICF) and MPhil (cum laude). She works closely with leaders and teams to develop strategic processes, lead transformation and change initiatives and enhance leadership effectiveness and impact. Her mission is to transform workplace culture through developing leaders. Daphna has a solid track record coaching CEOs and Board-level leaders in organisations across the globe.

Before establishing her coaching career, Daphna worked in insurance and consulting, quickly rising to Director level. She then held the position of Lecturer at the two largest universities in Johannesburg while managing her own actuarial consulting company and corporate event management company. She is now Founder of PEAC Solutions and Director at Arrow Creek Investments.

Daphna is a published author of “Courage to Lead: Leadership Lessons from Kilimanjaro” (Jacana, 2014), and currently serves as President-Elect of ICF Israel.
