Kelvin is the founder of Executive Coach International (ECI) and a professional coach since 1997. He received his certification as a Master Certified Coach in 2005, the first person in South East Asia to receive this distinction. Kelvin worked with the late Thomas Leonard (one of the founders of the International Coach Federation) as a pioneer Mentor. He studied with Arnold Mindell in Process Oriented Psychology and Conflict Resolution. Kelvin is also one of the original seven Guerrilla Marketing Master Trainers. As a highly sought-after Functional Consciousness™ coach, Kelvin has worked with over 20,000 people in China, South East Asia and Internationally. Kelvin is also the co-author of 3 published books. Kelvin has constantly focused his efforts on championing coaching, humanitarian campaigns and business innovation. Kelvin was also a board member of Culture Project in New York City, sponsoring the 64th UN Day Concert in UN Headquarters in NYC.
