Before founding Peloton Coaching and Consulting, Michael O’Brien served as Vice President of the Specialty Commercial Business Unit at Eisai Inc. In this role, he oversaw the strategy and execution of all sales and marketing activities for the company’ specialty products. Additionally, he was a member of the company’s Executive Committee for the Americas Region.

He founded Peloton Coaching and Consulting to help executive leaders and companies create better tomorrows and results. His primary focus is helping commercial leaders, from Directors to C-Suite Executives, who are:

• High potential working toward their next position
• New to role and looking to make an immediate impact
• Established and looking for a higher level of performance

He helps leaders enhance their emotional intelligence, energy, executive presence, communication skills, teamwork, culture, and productivity, to name a few areas.

Michael also helps companies develop training and development workshops with specific pull-through plans. Additionally, through corporate speaking, he uses his near-death cycling accident and recovery to help teams find new possibilities.

Michael is a P.C.C. certified executive coach through the International Coach Federation (I.C.F.). He has additional certification from The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Hogan Assessments, and Conversational Intelligence.

He is an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) and is a member of James Madison University’s Sales and Marketing advisory council.
